Event Reservation REquest
We’re so excited to have you join us. Whether you’re a returning guest or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to see you! Please take a moment to read these instructions on how to submit a reservation request for the event.
- After clicking the reservation button, you will be prompted to enter your name and email address. If you or your family have attended a Waldemar event before or attended camp, you may already have an account. If an account is found, please use your existing password. If you don’t remember it, click the link labeled “email a reset account invitation” and you will get an email to set up a new password. It’s important to link your reservation to your account.
- Note: Our system (CampMinder) refers to your reservation request as an “application”.
- Once logged in, select the applicable season and your specific event from the drop down menu.
- After completing the reservation request you will receive an email confirmation. Lori will process your deposit and be in touch via email to confirm your reservation.
If you would like to submit a request for more than two adults on the same invoice, please call Lori at 830-238-6005 or email [email protected] as that functionality is not available online.
