Our idyllic Texas Hill Country locale is the perfect setting for you to create a unique experience for your guests. We provide an exclusive event venue where you can enjoy carefree comfort with far fewer distractions. Both outdoor and indoor locations are available to suit most events’ needs. Our typical event size ranges from 100 to 275 guests.
Accommodations and amenities
The elegantly rustic stone cabins, houses and lodge rooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 275 guests. All of our lodging spaces have air conditioning and heat. Our rooms are decorated in a modern southwestern motif with artisan tile accents, handmade furniture, Saltillo tile and wood floors, along with porches to enjoy this beautiful natural setting. Each room rate includes gourmet meals and premium linens.

46 Cabins – Our stone cabins can accommodate up to 6 people each
12 Featured Rooms – Our premium rooms have an assortment of king, queen and twin beds that can sleep up to 23 people
2 Houses
– Rippling Waters, built in 1930. This historic home has 3 rooms and an alcove that can accommodate 7 people
-Casa, featuring beautiful turrets has 4 rooms and can accommodate 8 people
Meeting rooms and Conference Space
Doris Johnson Lodge is a majestic building overlooking the river and features a stage, kitchen and native stone fireplace; it can accommodate up to 275 people.
Cedar Lodge is a large meeting room with beautiful wood floors that can host a group of up to 100 people.
Round Up Lodge is a charming room with surround windows facing the river that can accommodate up to 100 people.
The Cowgirl is a more intimate space that can host up to 25 people with tables and chairs.
The Fine Arts Building houses multiple project spaces, perfect for small groups of 10-15 people.
Additional meeting spaces are also available.
Outdoor Spaces
Tejas Chapel is a stone amphitheater with a large stage area that sits below the Doris Johnson Lodge and can accommodate up to 275 people.
The Pier is a stone gathering spot along the river that can seat up to 275 people. The river level, framed by magnificent cypress trees, is a great place for outdoor classes and activities.
The Ora Johnson amphitheater and stage can host live entertainment on the stage as well as seat 275 people.
Outdoor large main athletic field can host multiple games simultaneously.
The archery pavilion can host a small gathering of up to 20 people.
